          Welcome to the Kurt Y. Sonoda Foundation. On behalf of Kurt, we are establishing the Kurt Y Sonoda Foundation. He touched many lives with his generosity and passion for teaching kids. We want his legacy to live on so our hope is that through this foundation we will continue touching lives as Kurt would. Our plans are to raise funds through donations, and an annual Kurt Y. Sonoda Memorial Golf Tournament. This will be planned about this time next year.

Kurt Y. Sonoda Memorial Golf Tournament


On May 1, 2009, Kurt Sonoda tragically passed away from necrotizing fasciitis at a young age of 45.

On behalf of Kurt, we have established the Kurt Y Sonoda Foundation. He touched many lives with his generosity and passion for teaching kids. We want his legacy to live on so our hope is that through this foundation we will continue touching lives as Kurt would.
